No. Glojewels is strictly an online retailer. In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.

our products are made of 925 sterling silver. Silver is a precious metal, like gold and platinum. Glojewels uses a premium anti-tarnish sterling silver for all silver products. Sterling silver jewelry is stamped with 925 to indicate the metal type.
For regular clean, we recommend that you use our Silver Jewelry Polishing Cloth, which is infused with a special jewelry cleaner. You can also use a soft cloth made of 100% cotton.
Delivery
All Glojewels Items & shipping fees have contained the tax. International orders may incur additional charges due to taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by the destination country. Glojewels is not responsible for these additional fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery
Packages might be delivered to your mailbox or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mailbox and with your neighbors first. If you cannot find it, check for your package with the shipping company then. Remember to bring your ID! If you still cannot find your package either, please contact us.
Sometimes, the shipping information may take a while to update. If your shipment originates from our international warehouses, the information might not be updated while it's in transit or clearing customs. Updates will likely resume once it reaches a local shipping station. At times, the shipping company might not have updated the package details. We will try to update that info for you or you can submit a ticket for more help.
There could be several reasons why your package was returned to us.
1. Wrong or incomplete address 2. Invalid phone number 3. Unable to deliver Please contact the shipping company for more information or you may contact us if you have any questions.If you have received a tracking number, it means your parcel has been dispatched. Initially, your parcel will leave our warehouse and be transported by plane to the shipping company's processing center. The shipping company will then collect the parcels from the airport. Once they have scanned your parcel, the tracking information will be updated on their website. Please allow 2-4 days for the tracking information to show activity after it has left our warehouse. Additionally, please be patient as it may take some time for the courier to update the latest tracking details after the parcel reaches the next station.
Order Issues
Delivery Time is the sum of Processing Time and Shipping Time. The popular styles can be shipped out in 1-3 working days;engraved or custom orders may take up to 5-7 working days.
Detailed shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected. Standard shipping usually takes about 5-7 working days and Express shipping usually takes about 3-4 working days. Pre-sale products have their own separate delivery times, which are usually detailed on the product page. We have a good cooperation with major logistics company, such as yunexpress. All our packages could be shipped to worldwide.
Please note that we can only change/modify your order before shipment. Therefore, please be more careful to place the order. If there are changes, please feel free to contact us.
Our order confirmation email is sent to you at the same time as your order, and a series of subsequent emails are sent to the email address you filled in when you placed your order. If you have not received the email, there is a high probability that the email address is incorrect. Please contact us in time, we will be happy to serve you.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed successfully. By visiting the "Track My Order" section, you can check the status of your order.
we will ship to you from China, of course, we maintain good cooperation with the major logistics companies(such as yunexpress). So don't worry about the security of your package. all packages from glojewels could be tracked.
If your order hasn't been dispatched, you can either submit a ticket or chat with us to request a cancellation. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
Return & Refund
Please e-mail us at service@glojewels.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges and then a "Return & Exchange" authorization will be sent to you.
Of course. We offer a 45-day return policy if you are not satisfied with your order. You may check the details of our 45-day return policy.
Submit a ticket with picture(s) of the wrong/damaged/defective item as well as your order NO. so that we can solve your problem as soon as possible.
1. Personalized items with “engravings”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.
2. Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable.
3. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
4. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued either in the original payment method or via store credit as you requested. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Payment & Promotion
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Visa Debit, PAYPAL and MORE. If you wish to pay with multiple credit cards, please contact our customer service service@glojewels.com where our team can assist you further. We do not accept cash, cheques, nor Cash On Delivery payments.
Only one coupon code can be applied per order. If you have more than one coupon code you may use those on your next purchase.
