All Glojewels items are made-to-order. For Each piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time to estimate when you will receive your order.

Processing Time

Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 7-9 working days. The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer, especially before holidays or due to weather, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes additional business days.
  • The customer must ensure that the address is correct, otherwise we will not be able to deliver on time. If you provide the wrong address and the delivery fails, we will re-delivery once again, but you will have to pay an extra $10.
  • Our shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO) address. so please offer other addresses near you.
International Shipping:

All Glojewels Items & shipping fees have contained the tax. International orders may incur additional charges due to taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by the destination country. Glojewels is not responsible for these additional fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery
