Return & Exchanges

At Glojewels, your comfort and confidence are our top priorities. That's why we offer a 45-day return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 45 days of delivery. Please make sure to contact us within this timeframe to initiate the process.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 45 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

6. For exchanges or resizing, if your location falls within a remote area, you may be responsible for remote fees due to geographical constraints. We will notify you in advance of any applicable fees, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. you could return the order to: No. 3, Hengjiang Dayu Second Lane, Hengjiang Village, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy: (Glojewels is responsible for return postage fees and replacement fees)

1. Received the wrong item.

2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.

3. Glojewels will reissue new products for our customers if the parcel is lost due to logistics.

4. Seel service is now available for US, If customers order the Seel Worry-Free Purchase Service, the customer will receive a full refund apart from the shipping fee within 2-3 days from Seel, but we won't reissue new products for customers. Glojewels will refund the shipping fee for customers if the order contains a shipping fee

Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy: (Customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Glojewels does not refund any shipping fees)

1. Customer ordered the wrong size.

2. Customer does not like the item in person.

Our Return & Exchange Policy does not cover the Following Situations

1. Customized items, including customized size, engraved, customized color, customized stone cut, and customized stone size, are not returnable. (Custom sizes are those that charge an extra $15)

2. Items worn or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be returned.

3. Items without jewelry tag.

General Return/Exchange Process

1. Initiate your return/exchange: e-mail us at service@glojewels.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service representative will confirm your return/exchange information and then a “Return & Exchange” authorization will be sent to you.

2. Ship the product back: Once our customer service has approved your request and provided our return/exchange address to you, please initiate the return/exchange within 7 days by following our instructions. It's better to use the shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, so delivery can be confirmed. If the item to be returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer will be liable once the carrier loses the item and no refund will be issued.

3. the returned/exchanged package should include all items that you received from glojewels, or it will be deducted from the refunds.

4.Refund or exchange: When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Refunds

A refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days after we have received, inspected, and confirmed.

Please Note:

The shipping rate before the discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Customers who choose free shipping on their orders will have a $9.9 shipping fee deducted from their refund.

Order Cancellation:

The general order will be fully refunded before shipped out. You can cancel your order within 24 hours. All orders will be processed within 24 hours.

For personalized/engraved/special order items ( not including customized size ), any cancellations after 10 hrs will incur a corresponding material and processing fee. Please refer to below details:

1. If the cancellation is made less than 10 hours after the order was placed, there will be no cancellation fee.

2. If the cancellation is made between 10 to 24 hours after the order was placed, there would be a $10 cancellation fee.

3. If the cancellation is made 24 hours after the order was placed, there would be a $20 cancellation fee.

Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders that have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by third-party logistics.
